Last night I played a fun family word game called Scirmish for the first time.
It looks especially good for anybody learning English. like children or foreign learners. Much better for that than Scrabble or most other word games, becaused it is so well organised as well as being good fun !
Do you maybe know a good one ??

Yes Grimdad that is a good 'improve your English vocabulary' fun game.
The best free online English learning including speach is at
http://www.learn-english-online.org/ - to hear, your PC needs a free Real Player.

I have now had a look at that learning English website that you gave Adam, and it is good - though it maybe does not cover all levels of learner ?!

Another good little fun game that helps with learning English is Alphabet Soup,
and you can get it from the online store on this site.
