you close your eyes
just to smell it
a stretch of skyline
so vivid
you'd give up everything
to see it for eternity
a warm embrace
so tender
you'd walk through any object
just to feel it again
a common robins song
so perfect
you'd hold off death
just to hear once more
that is nature.

to find illumination in a daydream
when you've been working
so desperately hard to find it
that my friends
is the divine.
