My mum's a mug.

My mum's a mug and there's no doubt,
a proud giro mum who does without.
She thinks as a mum she's doing fine
with her and us kids broke all the time.
I'll do at least as good in the future that's mine.

easy to do stuff that she won't find out.
I go to school to pass the day
but as for learning there's no way.
I don't bother teachers so they won't say.

she doesn't mind me being a lout.
I lie and steal and have a drink
and my great mum doesn't give a fink.
She's an OK mug is what I really think.

My Dad's a Layabout.

My dad's a layabout and knows,
and always wears the same sad clothes.
He never thinks to go to work,
and says that its more fun to shirk.
Dad plays at night and sleeps by day,
and thinks that that's the clever way.
He swears at mum, at us he'll shout,
my dad was born a layabout.

They just do not take after me.
They're like their mates,

They really are an awful pain.

My Teacher's Dumb.

My teacher's dumb as dumb can be,
so dumb she thinks she's teaching me.
And I'm determined not to learn
no matter what my teachers yearn.

But I guess my teacher really knows,
I sit in class and pick my nose.
Determined not to learn a thing,
it's just not cool so I hum or sing.

My teacher's dumb as dumb can be,
but really she's alright by me.
I don't bother her and toe the line,
so she'll tell mum I'm doing fine.

Work and Play.

All work and no play
is proved to rot your brain away.
And all play and no work
can only make a useless jerk.
