I was amazed to read in yesterday's Grimsby Telegraph that in much of Grimsby as many as a third of 16 year-olds have not got even one GCSE !?
And today kids can even get a GCSE when they cannot read or write !!
Clearly a large number of kids now just do not want to know, and their parents and teachers are not bothered. All making big mistakes ?!

No GSE's doesn't mean you don't want to get on. A decent trade does not require this... On the other hand, working at school can teach you to work in general

Hi Martin,
Your comment is spot on. Any kind of effort usually pays, though some kinds of effort pay more reliably than others.
PS. liked your poem post 'Fish' also.

Hey, I missed your post here.
GCSE's aren't called that anymore. Is this an age thing lol.
Anyway, I'm gonna get drunk again while writing some stuff. Who's with me?
If not,' bottoms up'.
