RECYCLING

Post by John A Silkstone »

If you are into recycling then try this group. There is no base in Grimsby but there are bases at Scunthorpe and Caster

Hi John, yes a very good cause.

Thanks Colin, when I brought up the main list Grimsby was not showing.

While many people are trying hard to do good recycling, it seems that big companies and governments are increasing doing what I consider anti-recycling - they are turning more and more food crops into fuel for cars !

And this has been pushing food prices up strongly, so that the poor are finding life getting much harder for them.

It might be OK perhaps if it involved lower taxes or more money going to the poor so they could pay the higher food prices ?

But mostly it seems just an awful idea ?!
