See they also have a free 'Learn Spanish' e-book for anybody planning to retire to the Costa Brava !!

Yes good. And another good free download is PC games for learning English at http://www.onestopenglish.com/Games/ - your PC will need to have the free Shockwave to play them.

PS. I do also like the online learning English that Adam gives on the Games & Puzzles forum here under 'Learning English game' !!

Well Clare if I can find a really cheap hol in Venice, I will be downloading the free 'Learn Italian' that has been added now. And I'm glad that the load times for these free language learning ebooks have been reduced a bit as well !

These days internet publishing is expanding and 'normal' publishing is shrinking.

This goes for music as well as for books, so new groups can now get to Number 1 with no recording contract as recently with the group Artic Monkeys who basically got to the top only by e-publishing some of their music free on http://www.myspace.com.

Well when I tried earlier to download the free Spanish, French and Italian
language learning e-books from this website's 'PC Learning' area, I couild not get anywhere.

But this has now clearly been fixed, as today I have actually just downloaded the FREE 'Learn Spanish' e-book - and I do like it so it's Viva Espana !!
